On October 2, 2025, at the Kien Hai Commune Cultural House, the Hai Phong Investment Promotion – Employment – Business Support Center, in coordination with the Kien Hai Commune People’s Committee, solemnly held a conference to publicly announce the 1/2000-scale zoning plan for the Logistics Commercial and Service Area in Kien Hai Commune.
The conference was attended by Nguyen Quang Minh, Deputy Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, representing the Authority’s leadership, as well as representatives of agencies, departments, sectors, socio-political organizations, the business community and local residents.

Next, Quan Duc Chien, Deputy Director of the Hai Phong Investment Promotion – Employment – Business Support Center, handed over the planning dossier to the local authorities. This was an important milestone, affirming openness and transparency in planning management while opening new development space for Kien Hai Commune as it moves toward becoming a modern logistics and commercial hub.
