Letter of Gratitude
The journey of creating, building, and developing the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority to become a trusted companion, advancing alongside enterprises in industrial parks and economic zones toward sustainable prosperity, has now spanned 30 years. To achieve such proud milestones on this path, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Government, central ministries, departments, the City Party Committee, People’s Council, and People’s Committee of Hai Phong City for their constant attention, trust, and delegation of authority to the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority to bring into full play both internal and external strengths, dedicating ourselves wholeheartedly to fulfilling this historic responsibility.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our domestic and international partners and enterprises who have trusted, invested, and conducted business operations in our industrial parks and economic zones; joining hands with the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority to extend our collaborative reach, toward our shared vision: “Partnering for Success!”.
Today’s generation of officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority humbly bow in gratitude to previous generations — those who laid the first foundation to build the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, giving today’s generation the vision and mission to construct the future.
I am honored to be a part of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, accompanying like-minded colleagues who dedicate their passion, creativity, and tireless efforts toward an increasingly thriving Authority. And I kindly ask you to convey my gratitude to your families — the strong foundation that always empathizes, assists, and supports you, enabling us to walk this long journey together.
In the context of the global and Vietnamese economies still in the post-Covid-19 recovery phase, as economic policies are renewed to adapt to current trends, particularly the strong emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) in human life, we must always maintain an “awakened” state: constantly renewing ourselves, forging political resolve, and integrating with the world. Despite numerous challenges, I firmly believe that the achievements and experiences we have accumulated over the past 30 years will serve as a premise and driving force for us to confidently learn, flexibly adapt, and strive toward our aspiration of creating shared prosperity.
